Implantology is the fastest growing segment of clinical dentistry. Although many dentists are involved with dental implants, most are resolved to only the restorative aspects. This often forces the dentists to send his patients to outside surgical specialists in order to place the implants. What results are patients who don’t engage their dentist as the expert in this field and are less likely to follow through with recommended treatment.

Many general dentists are looking to provide their patients with better, complete care and are seeking courses to competently learn implant surgical placement. Traditional implant courses teach dentists techniques, but there is no follow up to mentorship. Frustration occurs when the clinician is “loaded” with information and on Monday is unable to implement what was taught. That combined with the lack of marketing their new knowledge and the lack of support is only a deterrent to the confidence needed to perform implant dentistry to their patients. Our courses are different.

The Dental Implant Learning Center offers year long continuum courses, such as the AAID Maxicourse®, Day Programs, Weekend Programs, 3 Day Intensive Hands On, and 4 Day Live Surgical Courses in surgical implant dentistry. As past president of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology , Dr. Minichetti is a general dentist who understands the needs of his colleagues and course attendees. He has taught hundreds of dentists in his various courses, many of which are now routinely performing dental implant surgery and bone grafting procedures.

Dr. John Minichetti, the director of the Dental Implant Learning Center, has been practicing and teaching implant dentistry for over 25 years. He has published numerous scientific articles, lectures worldwide and is a member in several academies including the New Jersey Dental Association and American Dental Association.  He is an attending at Englewood Hospital, a former faculty member of Mount Sinai Medical School and Fairleigh Dickinson University Dental School. He has authored numerous articles in the scientific literature and is a fellow of The International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI), The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), The International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics, and The American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). Dr. Minichetti is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/ Implant Dentistry. Dr. Minichetti is past- president of the AAID, Former Chairman of the AAID Research Foundation, Chairman of the AAID Study Club Committee and President of the AAID-Bergen County Dental Implant Study Group. Dr. Minichetti is the Director of the Center for Implants and Aesthetics at Englewood Dental and The Dental Implant Learning Center. He also Directs the Las Vegas AAID Maxicourse® in Dental Implantology held at UNLV, School of Dental Medicine. Amongst his students , faculty and corporate sponsors he has been referred to as the “Implant Daddy”

Dr. Minichetti’s goal is not only for you to learn implant surgical skills, but to be able to incorporate and promote them in your own practice. This is available for those students who have completed the Dental Implant Learning Center’s Live surgical Program in Cancun, Mexico.   This includes talking with the dental implant expert, Dr. John Minichetti, to help promote your background training to your patients.

VIDEO 1: 15 minute video of you with Dr. John Minichetti, talking about implants (a must), exchanging ideas, your educational experience, and providing information about being trained by the best, portraying your expertise in implant surgery. This is the wow factor your practice needs!

  • 15 minute question and answer video with you and Dr. John Minichetti,  the “Implant Daddy”!

VIDEO 2:  5 MINUTE VIDEO of you individually speaking about your practice. You will convey who you are, what services your practice offers, location, information about your staff and why patients should come to your practice. This is a mini video to summarize and direct traffic to your website!

VIDEO 3: SOCIAL MEDIA VIDEOS of you and/or Dr. John Minichetti for social media, promoting your top 5 procedures that you offer patients. These videos can be used for social media, on your websites, in your waiting room or anywhere you see fit to promote your top services, including dental implants!
